Internal colon cleansing has been around for ages and was quite the rage in the late 70s early 80s. While watching Oprah a while back, Dr. Oz talked of the importance of keeping your colon clean and healthy as a preventative to a myriad of health problems. A product was mentioned by Dr Oz, Colon xR and he spoke of its benefits for a healthy digestive system. There were many Colon xR reviews on line and all seemed to say just about the same thing; Colon xR is a good product.

Some of these natural ingredients include fennel powder, psyllium, rhubarb powder, ginger and licorice powder. The combination and strength of these ingredients allows for this product to work so effectively.

The Colon xR reviews also mentioned how easy it is to administer this product. There are no gritty nasty tasting powders to mix. Nor are there suppositories or enemas that need to be administered. Instead you only have to take 2 pills to get the right dosage.
Results
Some reviews stated it could take up to a week to work and others said it only took a few days. As the company was offering a free trial of Colon Cleanse xR ( only pay shipping), I decided to try it out for myself. I noticed positive effects in 4 days. I was more regular and my larger bowel movements were indicative of my colon being cleaned out.

It seemed everyone who provided Colon xR reviews agreed that their energy levels increased after a few weeks of use. I did not feel the energy boost until I had been using the product for just a little over two weeks. What I did notice was my skin was clearer. I have always had adult acne and now it seems to be almost gone. In addition I lost about 1 inch off my waist due to the decrease in bloating.
Thanks to the Colon xR Oprah show and Dr Oz I found a product that I can say has produced some surprising results. The Colon xR reviews also seem to agree that this product will increase energy levels and help alleviate some minor ailments. Of course I also took the shows advice on the diet front and am eating more fresh fruits and vegetables and drinking more water. I am sure this is helping my overall health too.
